Your subscription begins when your period of priority onboarding support ends - either 2 or 4 weeks from onboarding beginning - depending on which package you selected.

Usually onboarding begins within a week of purchase, but there may be a short wait period depending on current order volume and time of year. Additionally, if you would like to schedule onboarding to start at a later date, you are welcome to do so.
